This endeavor provides an exceptional opportunity for businesses, organizations, and individuals to gain visibility and brand recognition in the community while supporting AUSD education initiatives.

About AEF

The Arcadia Educational Foundation (AEF) is a non-profit organization founded in 1981 in response to the significant reduction in federal and state funding for California public schools. Our mission is to enrich educational programs and empower Arcadia Unified School District (AUSD) students through our dedication to enhancing the quality of teaching, resources, and programs.

Sponsorship Information and Levels

Each AUSD school site (Arcadia High School, Dana, First Avenue, Foothills, Baldwin Stocker, Camino Grove, Highland Oaks, Holly Avenue, Hugo Reid, Longley Way, Rancho Learning Center) will feature a unique banner, allowing sponsors to showcase their brand at the school(s) of their choice. The 36" x 72" (Height x Width) banners will be displayed at a prime location at each school during the 2025-26 school year. To the right is an example of how the banner will be structured, along with the availability and cost of each sponsorship level. The sponsorship deadline is July 18, 2025.

How to Become a Sponsor

Becoming a sponsor is easy! Simply follow the steps below:

1. Fill out the Google Form: Provide your contact information, select your desired school(s) and sponsorship level, and upload your logo. If the school site or sponsorship level you select is no longer available, we will contact you to choose an alternative option.

2. Submit Payment: Finalize your sponsorship by submitting payment at aefk12.org/donate. Payments must be completed within 5 business days of submitting the Google Form to secure your spot. Be sure to select "AEF Banner Sponsorship" during the payment process.

3. Confirmation: Once your payment is received and the Google Form is reviewed, you will receive an email confirming your sponsorship.

Brand Guidelines

To ensure consistency and quality, all logos must meet the following specifications:

• Logo files must be high-resolution for the best print quality. If the file quality is not sufficient, we will reach out to request a new file.

• Banners will be displayed at a standard size of 36" x 72" (Height x Width). Ensure that your logo and/or text is legible from a distance.

• Restrictions: No alcohol or tobacco-related sponsors are allowed.
